Billing & Scope FAQ

How does billing work for fixed‑scope projects?

Quick Fix is usually paid upfront. Landing / Small Site is typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery. You’ll get the scope in writing before any payment.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes—Monthly Care covers an agreed hour block each month. For a one-off change, Quick Fix is usually enough.

Can I switch tiers mid-engagement?

Yes. Many clients start with a Quick Fix, then move to a site build or Monthly Care. If scope grows, I’ll pause and confirm a new price before continuing.

What counts as a Quick Fix?

One written outcome: a bug, a small UI change, or one small feature. New pages, redesigns, copywriting, or third-party account setup are out of scope unless we add them to the quote.

What’s not included in Landing / Small Site?

Custom brand identity, long-form copywriting, stock photo licenses, paid ads setup, CMS training, and complex backends (auth, dashboards, payments). Those are quoted separately or as a custom scope.

Do you charge in USD or PKR?

Prices are listed in USD for clarity. PKR billing is fine—converted at the market rate on the invoice date.

How do hourly engagements stay predictable?

We agree a batch or weekly hour range first, keep a shared task list, and log time. If work looks like it will overrun, I flag it before spending the extra hours.
