The Brief

Edit once in the desk. Stay live on the portfolio.

ZN CMS is an invite-only ops console for one personal brand site—not a multi-tenant SaaS. Admins and Managers manage Share pages, Hire forms and submissions, team roster, and contact leads while public URLs continue to resolve on zohaibnawaz.dev.

The technical story is governance: capability presets, draft_data until Admin publish, realtime leads and notifications, and a Turborepo Next.js + Supabase stack constrained to a single workspace.

Technical Architecture

Next.js + Turborepo

App Router CMS with Server Actions, Makerkit-lite packages, and a Dashboard shell for Share, Hire, Leads, and more.

Shared Supabase

Same Postgres project as zohaibnawaz.dev—RLS, Auth, Storage, and Realtime for hire, share, leads, and notifications.

RBAC + drafts

Invite-only Managers with module caps; drafts stay off the live site until Admin approval.

Built for staff ops, not public browsing

Dense Dashboard modules prioritize triage and review—lists, status pipelines, approval queues, and a notification bell—while the portfolio keeps the client-facing presentation.
